You can find your account number on your Boston Scientific invoice. If you don’t have it, please contact your sales representative or customer care.

Please confirm your account number and/or your order number. This information can be found on your Boston Scientific invoice or by contacting   customer care.

Shipping

Customers will not be notified of a fulfillment delay. Please confirm shipment status on the portal or contact your sales representative for an estimated delivery timeframe. 

You can view the full status of your order in the portal. Items on fulfillment delay will show as pending shipment, along with the estimated ship date..

We are extremely sorry that your product did not arrive as expected. Please contact customer care. for a resolution.
